I&#8217;ve even drawn a few comics about the whole cliche thing that different people do on TV when they can&#8217;t properly describe something, Like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vindibudd.com\/?comic=hunkerdown\" target=\"_blank\">Hunker Down<\/a>\u00a0for example. But I was going through looking for new webcomics to read and I saw one of my HUGE PET PEEVES\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00ae.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>When a character says &#8220;WHAT THE EXPLETIVE?&#8221; DO NOT DROP THE &#8220;WHAT.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;THE HECK?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>DOESN&#8217;T MAKE ANY SENSE.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;WHAT THE HECK?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>MAKES PERFECT SENSE IN THE CONTEXT BECAUSE THAT&#8217;S HOW REAL PEOPLE SPEAK.<\/p>\n<p>Rant over.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You know, I&#8217;ve been a big stickler for people using proper grammar and all generally.
