Q. What does the name “Vindibudd” mean?
A. Technically it is a cross between the words “vindicate” and “Buddie.”
Q. Why does Vindibabe change so radically over the course of the comic?
A. She’s a woman and likes to accessorize.
Q: Wow, why don’t you put your comics in the newspaper?
A. At this point, the Internet is a much wider avenue for reaching the relevant audience. I’m done sending to syndicates.
Q. How do you draw your cartoons?
A. Starting on August 30, 2007: With a Wacom Intuos 3 6×4 Model PTZ-431W and an Apple Macbook. All comics before that were with Sharpie Ultra Fine pens over pencil on bristol vellum smooth stock. Everything has been colored in Photoshop.
Q. Where do you get your ideas?
A. I have a dealer on a local street corner.

A. Calvin and Hobbes
